We take every complaint seriously.

If you have a concern about our services, your membership, or any aspect of your experience with Savings.Club, we want to hear about it. Our formal complaint process ensures every issue is reviewed, investigated, and resolved.

Complaint Process

Submit Your Complaint

Email complaints@savings.club with a detailed description of your issue, your membership ID (if applicable), and your preferred resolution.

Acknowledgment Within 48 Hours

We acknowledge every formal complaint within 48 business hours. You will receive a case number and the name of the team member handling your complaint.

Investigation

Our compliance team investigates the complaint, reviews relevant records, and may contact you for additional information. Most investigations are completed within 15 business days.

Resolution

We provide a written response with our findings and proposed resolution. If you are not satisfied with the resolution, you may escalate to our Member Governing Board.

If you believe you have been the victim of fraud or a violation of consumer protection law, you may also file a complaint with the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB) at consumerfinance.gov or the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) at ftc.gov.
